Cameron leads blanca’s behind the scenes contract and financial operations. He has extensive experience in establishing and executing a business plan in partnership with clients. Cameron is a qualified Carpenter, licensed Builder and has completed his Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics. Drawing upon his extensive experience, he works closely with the customer at the initial stages of the project to capture the shared vision. Cameron will then focus on the execution of the project, managing all aspects of the team and provide oversight of the construction schedule and budget. Cameron adds a layer of leadership to blanca and makes finding solutions his top priority. With Cameron's characteristic determination, he ensures we maintain a high-performing team, that our high-quality standards are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Blair leads all on-site aspects of the building execution at Blanca. From project initiation to completion, Blair efficiently manages field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and construction activities. He works closely with our clients, design professionals, and construction teams to ensure the delivery of the highest quality custom projects. With a background as a qualified carpenter and licensed builder, Blair has a proven track record of constructing some of Sydney's most prestigious residential homes. With a wealth of experience in carpentry and project management spanning over a decade, Blair brings a strong sense of enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail to every task he undertakes. He plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of the Blanca workforce. As a creative thinker and natural problem solver, Blair combines his calm demeanour and extensive experience to ensure the smooth running of projects, guaranteeing clients a rewarding experience from the initial quote to the final completion.
